What we collect
When you contact us, order a service, request a site survey or send a CV, we collect the details you give us: your name, company, email address, phone number, billing address, site details and your message.
Our website does not use advertising or tracking cookies.
How we use it
- To reply to you and prepare quotes
- To set up and bill the services you order
- To arrange and carry out site visits
- To consider you for jobs, if you send us a CV
We don't sell your information or share it for marketing. We share it only with suppliers who help us deliver your service, such as our hosting infrastructure provider, and only as far as needed.
How long we keep it
We keep your information for as long as we need it for the purpose you gave it, and for as long as the law requires us to keep business and tax records. Then we delete it.
Your rights
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email info@noc-innovation.co.za.
If you're unhappy with how we've handled your information, you can complain to the Information Regulator of South Africa.
